Amy's Drive Thru - Rohnert Park
America’s first vegetarian organic fast food restaurant wanted to serve up something more than healthy food.
Covering the eatery’s gable roof with a landscape was a ‘living’ symbol that casual passerby and patrons could understand that sustainable values was at the core of AMY’S mission.
Perennial plantings ebb & flow with the winds and change by the seasons providing year round interest.
A water tower stores rainwater & reclaim city water irrigates the landscape, stormwater is managed on-site while solar PV system provides energy for the facility.
