More than flowers bloom on this rooftop.
Conceived as an outdoor room the 2 foot high parapet walls set the stage for a secret garden. A custom built Ipe wooden bench provides seating while concealing and protecting a skylight to the kitchen below.
Rusticated stone pavers interlaced with creeping thyme creating a soft yet bold look for the pathways and patios. The rooftop garden uses a broad assembly of plant species to create a diverse palette of color, texture and form.
Numerous intimate details define this garden like occasional pocket vignettes to create a charming and artful space to inhabit.
